SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
Shipping Policy
Any purchase over $80, is entitled to free delivery. We do delivery throughout Singapore, including Sentosa, except for Jurong Island and Pulau Ubin. Your order will be delivered in 2 - 4 business days once it is accepted. A shipping fee of $10 will apply if your minimum purchase amount falls below S$80 after.
Delivery may take longer during festive season periods. However, due to the current COVIDS measures, do expect some delays in processing and delivering of your order.

Return & Exchange Policy
In the event should you wish to return a Product to us because you claim that the Product is defective, damaged or you are not satisfied with the Product, we will first examine the returned Product and assess the reasons for return. If we are satisfied and agreeable to the condition and reasons following our assessment, we will either replace the item (if return owing to defect/damaged) or provide with a full refund. The refund will usually be the same method of payment originally employed. The refund will be processed and completed around 7 to 14 working days depending on the processes at your card company.

However, do take note that any request for returned by you must be within the seven-day cooling period. If you do not notify us accordingly, we shall take it that you have accepted the Product that had been delivered in accordance with the Contract. The cost of return transportation is at your expense.
