Is there a minimum order?

There is no minimum order value. However, we do charge a delivery fees of $10 if your order falls below $80.
How long does it takes to deliver or received my order?

Your order will normally be delivered with 3 ~ 5 business days upon our acceptance of your order. However, due to current COVIDS measures, do expect some delay in processing and deliver of your product.
What can I do if I have a damaged/wrong/missing items?

We are sorry to hear that you have encountered such issues. You can always request for an exchange/refund by sending us an email to return@ecogreencare.com within 5 business days.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, you can cancel your order any time as long as your order has not been delivered or picked up for deliver. Do expect return charges if your order has been delivered.
